31km through Mordor

Out of bed at 6 today to take advantage of the early morning cool. As we left the public cleaning service were hosing the streets to clear away the blood and teeth. Heavy party night in Logrono that was for sure. Got out of town without too many problems, a little more difficult in the dark. From then it all went perfectly, except the weather which was a little too perfect. From 12 on it got hot, 35° hot. The last 5km was hard, feet swelling up and legs getting tired. The hostel is very good and thank goodness quiet. This might be our first nights good sleep. Only have 20km tomorrow which we might jog.
