Rabanal del Camino

With pain in our hearts we left the old farm house and set off across the dusty plains for a short 16km to Rabanal del Camino.
On the way we pass through several small villages which are typical for these parts. It would seem that the farmers live in the villages so there are as many tractors as there are cars parked around.
Eventually we reach our modern but not so cosy apartment. We are just outside the village which is very nice. We had a good lunch then some shopping for our dinner. Today we decided to cook as we have a kitchenette. So two types of beans two eggs and a bottle of wine.
Fantastic sunset which I cannot show you as my telephone has died.
Off to bed as we have a 20km walk tomorrow.
