Tough day today.

5 september 2016 - Santo Domingo de la Calzada, Spanje

Started well with a lovely cool morning. Bit of a climb out of the village and off over the rolling plains of Rioja. Once the sun started to climb it got hot fast. The path became more broken and no shadow to be found. Well once, check out the photos. Sadly Linda's feet are having problems so tomorrow Linda will take the bus to the next stop, 21km. Hopefully this will help.

    I do hope Linda's foot feels better soon. Icing will help. 10 mins on ice and 10 mins off three times morning and night. A good massage of feet and calves with oil. Good luck.
